Cancellation Policy

Direct Individual Booking

We understand plans can change and strive to be as flexible as possible for our direct booking guests.

Guests who book directly through TheKingsleyla.com or by phone are eligible for a 24-hour grace period for free cancellation, provided the reservation is made at least 72 hours before check-in.

After the 24-hour grace period:

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Third-Party Booking

Reservations completed through an online travel agent (OTA) such as Booking.com, Expedia, or any other third-party website are 100% non-refundable.
Please contact the third-party OTA directly to request a cancellation, as we cannot process those cancellations on your behalf.
For the most flexibility, we encourage booking directly at thekingsleyla.com or by phone.

Group / Buyouts

Groups and full hotel buyouts (all 10 rooms) are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the signed contract provided by your Event Specialist. Please contact us with any questions.

Important Notice

Natural disasters, weather-related disruptions, utility outages, and other unforeseen events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against such risks.
