Cancellation Policies

Direct Individual Booking

We understand that plans can change and strive to be as flexible as possible for guests who book directly with us.

Guests who reserve directly through TheKingsleyla.com or by phone are eligible for a 24-hour grace period for free cancellation, provided the reservation is made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

  • Full prepayment (100%) of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking

  • A valid credit card is required

  • Taxes and fees are included in the total reservation amount

This reservation is partially refundable and subject to the following cancellation fee schedule:

  • More than 14 days before arrival:

    • 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged

  • Between 14 and 7 days before arrival:

    • 75% of the total reservation amount will be charged

  • Within 7 days of arrival:

    • All previously charged amounts are forfeited

      (No additional fees will be charged)

Third-Party Booking

Reservations completed through an online travel agent (OTA), including but not limited to Booking.com and Expedia, are 100% non-refundable.

All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted directly through the third-party platform used to make the reservation. We are unable to process cancellations or issue refunds for bookings made through OTAs.

For the greatest flexibility and the most favorable cancellation terms, we strongly encourage guests to book directly through TheKingsleyla.com or by phone.

Group / Buyouts

A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required. The remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival. All applicable taxes and fees are included.

This reservation is partially refundable and subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • More than 60 days before arrival:

    • A $200 cancellation fee will apply

  • Within 60 days of arrival:

    • All previously charged amounts are forfeited

      (No additional fees will be charged)

Important Notice

Natural disasters, severe weather, utility outages, government actions, and other unforeseen events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions or changes to travel plans.
