Terms & Conditions
100% Prepayment for entire stay at time of booking. Reservation is not guaranteed until full payment is received. No refunds in the event of no show or early departure.
Check-In
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
Check-Out
Check-Out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be coordinated directly with Host. Guest who elect to not vacate their room by the check-out time on scheduled departure date, will be subject to additional charges at a nightly rate.
Community Clubhouse
The Community Clubhouse is a shared space for our in-house guests and is subject to availability. The use of the kitchen and its amenities are available for a complete Hotel Buyout and Private Events only. In the event of a private event, the Community Clubhouse will be unavailable to our in-house guests for the duration of a scheduled event.
Maximum Occupancy
There is a two guest maximum occupancy for all standard studios and king suites. King suites may accommodate up to two additional guests for a nightly guest fee of $25 per additional guest.
Special Restrictions
Guest completing booking must be at least 21 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 years.
Housekeeping
The property is self-catering. Fresh linens are provided for duration of stay. Daily housekeeping is available upon request at time of checkin.
Respect Community Rules
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced. The use of speakers or sound systems are prohibited. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines issued by San Bernardino County. The City of Lake Arrowhead requires the primary responsible guest to be aware of and adhere to the city rules.
Pets
As much as we love our pets, The Kingsley Hotel does not allow pets.
No Smoking
This is a smoke-free establishment. Violation of the no-smoking policy is the responsibility of the guest completing the booking and will result in a $500 cleaning fee for any damage caused to allocated rooms.
Fire Safety
Due to fire regulations, use of charcoal grills and wax candles are not allowed..
Parking
Complimentary public parking is available. Each guest is allowed one parking space per room reserved. The Kingsley Hotel will not, in any event, be liable for loss or damage to your vehicle or personal property.
Damage Policy
The guest completing the booking shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings, and equipment therein or to the property generally by any act, default, or neglect of the responsible party or guest of the responsible party and shall pay to The Kingsley Hotel on demand the amount of said damages.

The Kingsley Hotel is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Guests will not hold The Kingsley Hotel responsible for accidents or injuries to themselves, their guests, or personal property.
