Terms & Conditions
Prepayment Requirement: A 100% prepayment is required for the entire stay at the time of booking. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until full payment is received. In the event of a no-show, early departure, or inclement weather, no refunds will be provided.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges at a nightly rate. Please notify the front desk in advance if you require a late check-out. In the event that you do not vacate your room by the check-out time, additional charges may apply at a nightly rate.
COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE
Availability and Restrictions: The Community Clubhouse is available exclusively for in-house guests and is subject to availability. Kitchen and amenities in the Clubhouse are available only during a complete Hotel Buyout or Private Events. In the event of a Private Event, the Community Clubhouse may not be accessible to in-house guests.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy for all standard studios and king suites is two guests. King suites may accommodate up to two additional guests for a nightly guest fee of $25 per additional guest.
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS
Age Requirement: The guest completing the booking must be at least 21 years old. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21 years or older).
HOUSEKEEPING
Self-Catering and Housekeeping Services: The property is self-catering, and fresh linens are provided for the duration of your stay. Daily housekeeping is available upon request at the time of check-in.
RESPECT COMMUNITY RULES
Noise and Conduct: Please be considerate of other guests and maintain a reasonable noise level. Violations of noise policies may result in fines imposed by San Bernardino County.
PETS
No Pets Allowed: As much as we love pets, The Kingsley Hotel does not permitted pets anywhere on the property.
Violation will result in a minimum $250 fee plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.
SMOKING POLICY
No Smoking: This is a smoke-free establishment. Violation of this policy may result in a $500 cleaning fee for any damage caused by smoking in allocated rooms.
FIRE SAFETY
Grills and Candles: In compliance with fire safety regulations, the use of charcoal grills and wax candles is prohibited on the premises.
PARKING
Parking Availability: Complimentary public parking is available. Each guest is entitled to one parking space per room reserved. The Kingsley Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property.
LOST AND FOUND
Belongings: Items left behind will be stored for up to 90 days. Guests can request their items to be returned, and the cost of shipping and handling will be the responsibility of the guest.
PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Protection: We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
DAMAGE POLICY
Guest Responsibility for Damage: The guest completing the booking is responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings, and equipment therein or to the property generally by any act, default or neglect of the responsible party or guest of the responsible party. You agree to pay The Kingsley Hotel for the cost of repairs or replacement of any damages.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
Right to Refuse Service: The Kingsley Hotel is privately owned, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at any time. Guests are responsible for any damages they or their visitors may cause. The Kingsley Hotel is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from the guest's actions or negligence.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Payment and Liability: By completing the booking, you agree to all terms listed in the reservation confirmation and on The Kingsley Hotel website. You also agree to pay for any damages incurred by you or your guests, as well as for any additional goods or services provided during your stay.
STAIR SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
Staircase Safety: By booking, guests acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their safety, and for the safety of their party and visitors, while on the property, including on exterior staircases. Guests agree to exercise caution, use handrails, and wear proper footwear. The Kingsley Hotel is not liable for injuries due to weather, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
FIREPLACE / FIRE TABLE USE & LIABILITY WAIVER
Fire Feature Use: The registered guest acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the safe use of the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire table. The Kingsley Hotel assumes no liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from their use. All guests agree to follow safety guidelines, including keeping flammable materials away from flames and not leaving the fire unattended.
VEHICLE LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION POLICY
Vehicle Liability: The Kingsley Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, including theft, collision, or fire, while parked on the premises. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kingsley Hotel and its staff from any claims related to their vehicle.
